OVERVIEW OF GRE GENERAL TEST

Who takes it? Candidates applying to graduate business programmes, MBA and specialized masters in business. Candidates who are applying to law schools also take the test.

Mode of Exam Computer-delivered test is conducted throughout the year in most of the countries. Paper-delivered test is conducted three times a year in few areas only.
Test Dates Candidates may take the GRE test according to the slots available at the test centre. They may retake the exam every 21 days. However, the number of attempts in a 12-month period should not exceed five.
Score Validity 5 years
Scoring 4 free score reports can be sent on the test day. Candidates have to pay a fee to send reports after the test.

Accepted by Graduate schools around the world.
Subjects Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Psychology, Mathematics and Literature in English. Each subject tests students on specific content only.
